2. Our Services

DG Contracting LLC provides residential and commercial roofing services — including roof installation, repair and maintenance, re-roofing and replacement, gutters, soffit and fascia, and Roof Rejuv™ restoration — in Colbert, Spokane, Spokane Valley, and surrounding areas of Washington and North Idaho.

3. Estimates & Quotes

Written estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate. Final pricing may change if the scope of work, materials, or conditions discovered during the project differ from the original assessment.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

We schedule inspections and work as promptly as possible, weather permitting. Roofing work may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather or safety conditions. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible.

5. Pricing & Payment

Payment terms are set out in your signed estimate or contract. We accept checks and credit cards and offer third-party financing (see below). Deposits, progress payments, and final balances are due as specified in your agreement.

6. Warranties

DG Contracting proudly offers:

• 15-Year Workmanship Warranty on our installation labor.
• GAF Golden Pledge® manufacturer warranties (up to 30 and 50 years) on qualifying GAF systems, available because we are GAF Master Elite certified.

Warranty coverage, terms, and exclusions are described in the written warranty documents provided with your project. Warranties may be voided by unauthorized repairs, alterations, neglect, or damage from events outside normal wear (such as extreme storms not covered under the workmanship warranty). Contact us to make a warranty claim.

7. Financing

Financing is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval. DG Contracting does not make credit decisions and does not guarantee approval, rates, or terms. The financing request form on this site collects basic project information so we can connect you with a financing partner; any credit application is completed directly with that lender.

8. Insurance Claims Assistance

We are happy to inspect storm or hail damage, document our findings, and work alongside your insurance company and adjuster. However, DG Contracting is a roofing contractor, not a licensed public adjuster, and we do not negotiate or adjust claims on your behalf or guarantee any claim outcome. You are responsible for your insurance policy, deductible, and communications with your insurer.

9. Website Use

You agree to use this website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or malicious information through our forms or chatbot.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of DG Contracting LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce or reuse it without permission.

11. Disclaimers
